Day 58 Round UpAdd comment | ||
Yesterday was a political hot potato - from the sun rising on a divided House to it setting on a friendship straining because of a Conservative allegiance. Blue wasn't the only colour to parade itself across Day 58, white (hush purists who claim it's not a colour) shone in our eyes, what with it being the second day of The White Room task. Sara, Luke S and Conor awoke in their uni-colour room, the latter pair were in fine spirits but the sole lady was a little blue. It was a portent of things to come. Back in the main House, Luke A and Adam poured over their £180 economy budget - the fruit of their labour is available to view here – while Scott continued his role as House scholar by delivering a few royal lessons. Idle chatter was pushed to the side when the 'Musical Charades' task hit. The House team danced to music only they could hear while The White Room team guessed the song. It was visually amusing but competitively a failure. A whiffy punishment was up BB's ample sleeve but first The White Team was about to lose a member. Very much at her agreement, Luke S and Conor unanimously agreed that Sara should push the button and leave The White Room – losing her chance to win a pass to the final but gaining re-entrance to a technicolour universe. She was happy, as were the housemates who greeted her like a returning champion. She successfully dodged a small white pungent bullet; in fact she dodged many of them. Poor Luke S and Conor paid for their defeat by slicing onions and posting them through a small hole in a long tube. Ah yes, that classic punishment. They had a crack at getting even later, though. Full points for childish innovation, boys. We salute you. Meanwhile Sara was getting squiffy and riling up her old mate, Deana. Maybe life outside The White Room is just too colourful. |
