Day 30 Round UpAdd comment Bookmark and Share

Day 2 of Turf Wars saw further heavy blows for the Blue Team, as they failed to expand their territory within the House.

In a task aptly named Duck off, the two teams went head-to-head in an apple-bobbing style game to retrieve rubber ducks from a loo. It looked like the Blue team had bobbed their way to victory, but an over zealous Caroline scuppered their chances, and with it, access to the bathroom. Instead, they get the pleasure of using a cold makeshift shower in the garden. Delightful.

In unrelated task news, Luke S attempted to rap.

Later in the afternoon, the housemates engaged in another battle for space, this time for the slinky boudoir they call a bedroom. A selection of the housemates from each team were called to the Diary Room to listen to a sound-bite of people bitching about them. All they needed to do was to guess which housemate did the mud slinging.

It might not come as a surprise that the Green team won. As a result, the Blue team were banished to the large task room, where they were forced to sleep on the floor in sleeping bags. In fairness, the Green team need the extra room for their extra large egos that have developed from their spate of victories.

So as a recap, the Green team have access to the kitchen, the bathroom and the bedroom. Meanwhile, the Blue team only have access to the living room. They should use the space to go and think about how rubbish they've performed in the tasks thus far.

TThe housemates spent the rest of their time bitching about the bitching task, which led to more bitching and then even more bitching later in the evening. They didn't even bother to come up for air.

However, Luke S did manage to amuse the housemates with his face-chin. God old Luke S, the unlikely saviour of the day.

The day ended with Lauren and Adam talking long into the night - is something more than a friendship emerging? Adam seems to think so, but we won't believe it until we see the cold hard truth.
