Day 21 Round UpAdd comment | ||
Yesterday saw the third round of nominations and as always, people reacted to the weekly event in their own peculiar way. Luke A and Adam started off the day with a few home-truths, letting Lauren know that some of the housemates had been mocking her the night before. Surprisingly, Lauren took the news well and, shock horror, didn't cry. Maybe the Jersey lass is starting to toughen up? There was an initial respite from the nomination tension, with Becky playing the clown - which included shoving Scott's face into her bosom and telling people she's from Uganda and Shievonne and Ashleigh attempting to play cupid to Arron and Sara. Sara commented, "I don't really like anyone in here", so they may be wasting their time on that one. There was drama in the afternoon when Luke A was awoken from his siesta by Caroline and Shievonne wrestling - cue strop and confession that he feels 'insignificant' in the House. Although there was an apology, it started to become obvious that there's a clear divide in the house, which the housemates spent the afternoon mulling over. With the atmosphere in the House at an all time low, the nominations were revealed, exposing Lydia and Deana as this week's potential evictees. Deana did the usual, "I knew it would be me" reaction, before instigating an egg and spoon race - a rather random way to deal with the news, you may agree? Lydia, on the other hand, seemed particularly perplexed by the decision, saying she couldn't think of any reason why they would put her up. Ignorance is bliss... The housemates spent the rest of the evening discussing the nomination results and surprise, surprise, went too far and broke the nomination rules. Seriously, when will they learn? As a result, there will be no alcohol until further notice. As the day drew to a close, there was lots of, 'he said, she said' chats and general bitching amongst the housemates. |
